The screw column of the product appears seam line, which causes the product to break easily. Through the simulation analysis of die flow, the position of seam line is modified, the forming condition of double material combination is optimized, the gate design is optimized, and the accurate value of pivot offset is obtained.
We accurately predict the suture position by the mold flow analysis, which is also the region where the suture is generated. Therefore, based on the simulation results, the internal structure of the product can be modified to change the position of the suture line to achieve structural strength, avoiding the cost of design changes in the tool manufacturing stage.
