This project is a Japanese automobile company found us on the Internet, and what we need to do is to analyze the vibration and fatigue of car headlights.

The vibration and fatigue analysis of automotive headlights mainly focuses on the performance of headlights in long-term use or harsh environments, ‌ especially the fatigue failure of welding points and the vibration stability of the overall structure. ‌


Fatigue failure of weld points:weld points play the role of connecting key components such as LED chips,heat sinks, and circuit boards in automotive headlights. In long periods of use or harsh environments, ‌welding joints can be affected by cyclic stress, which may lead to cracks, ‌ breaks, or falls off, affecting the working stability and safety of the headlights. ‌


Vibration fatigue analysis: The headlights are in a vibration environment for a long time, and the structure is prone to vibration failure, and the safety risks are generated. To evaluate the vibration performance of the headlights,modal analysis can be performed,studying the frequency and mode shape of the headlights, and the effect of temperature on the frequency of the headlights, ‌ through a combination of simulation and experiments.The error between the simulation results and the test results is within an acceptable range, verifying the accuracy of the simulation. ‌


Material and structural analysis: The structural design of the headlights, the selection of the materials, and the way of assembly and connection have an important impact on the vibration and fatigue performance of the headlights.
