This project is a Chinese automobile company found us on the Internet, and what we need to do is car collision analysis.
Collision simulation analysis is to simulate the dynamic response process of the car in different collision situations by computer software. By setting the parameters such as the speed, Angle, mass and stiffness of the collision object, and the material properties of the vehicle structure, the car deformation, energy absorption and passenger protection under different collision events can be simulated. This method can help engineers predict the state of the car after a crash, evaluate crash safety performance, and guide design optimization.
In the automobile safety design, collision analysis including different collision direction, different collision speed, different weight, different dummy and sitting posture should be carried out, and the corresponding optimization of automobile structure design can be carried out through the analysis results.
