This project is a Korean mobile phone company found us on the Internet, according to the requirements of a new type of mobile phone drop simulation analysis.


The simulation analysis of mobile phone drop is to simulate the physical behavior of mobile phone in the fall process. This analysis can help designers predict the structure and performance of the phone even at the product development stage, thereby optimizing the design and reducing the need for actual physical testing.

In the process of mobile phone drop, it is necessary to consider the nonlinear behavior of the material, such as stress and strain. In addition, the contact model between the parts of the phone also needs to be carefully established, including the setting of the contact surface, contact attributes, and contact parameters. These Settings are essential to accurately simulate the actual drop behavior of the phone.


Through simulation analysis, detailed data such as deformation and damage of the mobile phone during the fall can be obtained. These data can be used to assess the structural strength of the phone and guide design improvements. For example, if a part of the phone is shown to be vulnerable in the simulation, the designer can adjust the structure or material of that part accordingly to improve the phone's resistance to drops. ‌
