Human joints, especially the hip joint and the knee joint at both ends of the thigh bone, have always been the common sites of diseases. It is an effective method to apply CAE technology to simulate the mechanical structure of human joints. The study of the elbow and wrist joints of the upper limb is often associated with stress analysis of fractures and other traumatic skeletal diseases. In the hip joint, finite element analysis is widely used in the study of total hip arthroplasty to analyze the stress distribution of the hip joint before and after total hip arthroplasty, and it can also study the careful analysis of the residual stress of bone cement and the design of prosthesis. For knee joint analysis, the establishment of a complete three-dimensional finite element calculation model can not only understand the stress distribution and working principle of each part, but also contribute to the rational design of artificial knee joint replacement.

Through this project, we have established a good cooperative relationship with the company and provided more CAE consulting services.
