In this project, an American mobile phone company found us on the Internet and conducted a drop simulation analysis of an AR glasses according to the requirements.
The main purpose of the drop simulation analysis is to evaluate the drop resistance of AR glasses and the effectiveness of the protection mechanism in case of accidental falls.This helps designers and manufacturers optimize structures,materials, and buffering mechanisms during product design and production,to improve product durability and user safety.
We conduct simulation analysis through a series of steps including fall scenario simulation, physical model establishment, material property setting, boundary conditions and constraints, simulation calculation, result evaluation and optimization. According to the simulation results, we evaluate the fall resistance of AR glasses,identify potential weaknesses or failure modes ,and provide customers with optimized product design recommendations accordingly.
Through this project, we have established a good cooperative relationship with the company and provided more finite element analysis services.
